I would get 10 stars if I could!! Woke up Saturday morning to a flat tire, spent the first half of the day dealing with roadside assistance and then driving to the closest auto shop on my donut tire, only to get there and be told that —even though I simply had a single flat tire, and all my tires still have more than 50% tread— that I’d have to buy 4 new tires because it was corporate policy that they wouldn’t plug a tire that had previously been plugged (and my car is AWD). That’s when I called Come To You Automotive Repair (because they seemed to be non-corporate and locally owned)— they answered quickly and were more than happy to plug my tire. They arrived exactly on time. The work was completed unbelievably quickly by a super kind gentleman, and overall— I couldn’t be happier. Literally saved me thousands of dollars. Honestly, it was such a good reminder to make more of an effort to stay away from greedy corporate chain businesses as often as I can. Highly HIGHLY recommend this wonderful business. A+++++

Had them: •Install a carrier bearing on my truck- $200(not including the part I already had) •Replace u-joints $300(paid for parts) •replace rear driveshaft mount(had to order part) $261 +$75. All 3 repairs were needed.. and they did ALL 3 wrong.. Felt a huge vibration 2st test drive. 1st one I couldn't get above 25 becuase of the location. Owner said it had to be a bad driveshaft and his guys did everything perfectly.. so another $806 for the part alone, plus install. Owner refused to accept any of it was their fault and said he would send someone out to flip it over and if it didn't work it would be $75 bucks.. otherwise he needed another Thousand or so to fix it. After sending pictures and having 2 mechanics say exactly what I had thought.. Took it to a powertrain shop and they fixed it in less than a day for $125.. less than what they said it would be just to balance and set it back in time. Turns out... Center bearing was installed totally backwards, multiple flanges were installed backwards, NO MARKINGS on driveshaft.. so it was put back together wrong and made the whole thing go out of balance. Waisted a couple hundred on these guys then the owner just wanted more money and tried to convince me he knew better without ever seeing the truck itself..
