I had a great experience with RM European online parts store. The website was easy to navigate, which made finding what I needed quick and hassle-free. 2026/02/18 EDIT: Art Konkine did everything he could to make this transaction as impossible to complete. He even changed the money back warranty to a "store credit" for this transaction. He has shown his business can not be trusted. Copied directly from the website: "Parts in our catalog come with a two year money back replacement warranty. No gimmicks, no store credits for future purchases. We offer an actual money back to the original form of payment two-year warranty." ***** I had ordered from RM several times in the past with great service. BUT now I have 3 items that failed in less than 10 months and under 10,000 miles. These parts were installed by a shop, so it was not an error of installation. I believe the manufacturer is to blame for this failure, but RM will not refund my money unless I re-purchase the same items. This is not acceptable. Why would I re-order parts when they fail in less than 10 months? This is NOT what I expect when the website says they have a 2 year warranty with no gimmicks, no store credits for future purchases. I will NOT be purchasing from RM in the future based on this last interaction.
