Excellent craftsmanship and communication. They were diligent when dealing with State Farm (which by the way refused to cover the full cost). I would come back to this shop in a heartbeat. My only suggestion would be to modify the initial time estimate to be a bit more realistic, knowing how difficult State Farm can be.

Beware! They have a lot of great reviews, which is why I decided to move forward. Unfortunately, I didn’t read the lowest reviews—and now I regret it badly. If you decide to use Fix Auto, be prepared to be without your car for at least 8 weeks and to deal with serious communication problems. Please take time to read their lowest reviews—I’m clearly not the only one who has gone through this horrible experience. Seems like people have been complaining for years about poor communication and weak management, but the owner keeps replying with almost the same response every time. Despite all the feedback, nothing really seems to change, and their management style hasn’t improved especially when it comes to timelines and communication!

Very pleased with the work by Fix Auto Highlands Ranch. The work is very thorough both on the truck and with the insurance company. The truck was delivered back to me with complete satisfaction as well as nice and clean. Working with Fix has been a very successful solution to repair my truck.
