The service was horrible. The lady was video taped, business is shady. They do their business behind a locked fence. The bill increased to 734.69 when she stated a different amount when asked previously, she than went into her office while we stood and waited for the receipt for at least a half of a hour. They included a 75.00 service fee on top of everything. The lady was rude, they treat their customers like criminals. The business is located in a very shady area. On the receipt, it says owner called to have RV towed. When I called her to get more information, she hung up on me. Owners said towing company did not call to have RV towed. Very shady business. Than the vehicle wouldn't start due to battery, we were going to get our truck and pull RV off their very small lot, a very short distance less than 30 ft. they insisted that it had to be a towing company. We did get another towing company to pull RV off their lot as they wouldn't allow us to use our truck. Their lot is very small. They had to move vehicles just to move the RV. It was very difficult dealing with this unprofessional company. They made it difficult dealing with them, and more expensive of getting a tow truck. Stay away from this company!

Live right by here, these people are absolute scum of the earth. One of their drivers ran over my dog this morning and took off. Called the business and the woman who answered the phone decided to victim blame and make it my fault, claiming my dog has attacked her previously so she could care less. Y’all can acknowledge your guy hitting my dog and can’t even muster up a sorry, just an attitude. I can’t imagine being so miserable in life. Dude speeding in a residential area plows into my dog (who ran out of our gate behind someone and made it into the road for literally 60 seconds) goes speeding off and the company wants to cover. Can’t imagine how they do business if that’s how they treat the community around them.

My husband’s car was towed from the private emergency room parking lot while his mother was in the ICU fighting for her life. There was zero compassion, zero grace period, and no attempt to verify whether the vehicle belonged to someone actively inside the hospital dealing with a medical emergency. We came out from the hospital during an incredibly emotional time only to discover the car had been taken. This added unnecessary stress, expense, and emotional trauma during an already devastating situation. Towing companies working hospital contracts should operate with basic human decency and discretion. I would never recommend this company to anyone.
