Truck broke down in the middle of a major intersection. From the time I made the call to when they showed up was no more than 30 minutes. Professional driver took care of everything and got our truck safely back to our shop. Highly recommend using them if you’re ever in a jam.

I needed to be winched out of a ditch, after the recent 18" snow storm, here in Ct. They quoted me $350/hr. I asked if it doesn't take an hour do I get a discount. Driver (tow guy) replied. If it takes more than an hour, it's going to be up to $500. The setup (getting truck into position) took, 5 minutes, the actual getting me unstuck. Not even 10 min. The entire ordeal was over in 20 min. Cost $350. I think their prices are too expensive and I won't be using their services again.

Jeep slide off road and was only on two wheels and rock plate. The driver came on time, carefully assessed the problem and gently pulled the car back up the hill ZERO DAMAGE!! Thank you Grand Prix
