The strap set that I purchased is awesome. The only problem that I had was with shipping (ups). Called and told them what happened and they took care of it immediately. Will keep purchasing products here.

I drove from Florida to Alaska while securing a vehicle with a set of Vulcan straps. I had an issue with a strap but made the trip safely and securely. Please note that this is only for the last transaction I've made with them. I've ordered numerous items from this company and have had pretty good luck, however all good things must come to an end...........my last order, which was important, enough to pay for 2 day delivery, was a bust, I call them on the 3rd day to find that it has "just shipped out" and I won't receive it for another day. Why do they offer the expedited shipping and charge outrageous prices for it if they can't get the order out within a reasonable amount of time. I am very disappointed with this transaction.
