My wife called to have a refrigerator removed from our basement. I arrived home from a work trip today to see that they damaged both our hardwood floor and the landing on our basement steps. They told her they would “take $70 off” their fee for the damage? I don’t understand how this company has five stars with this type of service. 8/6 update. We emailed customer service per the company’s response and we have not received a reply.
