I hope this is the location next to Grand River Academy school. Andrew M. Was so kind and helpful. He went above and beyond, we need more workers like him in the world. He could have given up on me and my older car but made sure to help me. His assistance made my day. This was on Saturday, February 21st, it was my daughter bday and glad we came to a resolution with my car issue. Thank you Andrew! Appreciate you!

I have been a customer at this location since they opened years ago. Recently, I have had several disappointing experiences. First, I went in to drop off used oil. A O’reilly employee was sitting on the counter where you place the used oil and sign in, he was chatting with a female employee. He asked if I knew where the used oil is deposited, I said “Yes”. He told me that I could go back and deposit it in the receptacle. I told him that I would not as I am sure it would be against OSHA or even store regulations and he could get in trouble if I was injured. He said “it’s not my store”. On another visit, I witnessed the employee engage with a (potential) customer in the purchase of a tire repair kit. He told the customer “put that back on the rack, for $10 I’ll fix your tire”. Today, I went in to purchase windshield wipers as it was snowing and my wipers were failing. The employee behind the counter was dressed in a knit cap, jacket and wearing Nitrile gloves. I purchased Bosch wipers for $57.22. After the purchase, I waited, he said “you're all set”. I asked him about installation (as advertised), he said maybe someone in the back will help you and walked away. When he returned to the front from the oil aisle, I told him that I want to return the wipers. (Which he gladly did without question). I can go to Costco and buy wipers and install them myself if this is the quality of service that I receive from my local auto supply. By the way, I drove past an AutoZone to try and support O’reilly Auto. This store needs Jim back being the manager, he is truly customer service oriented and knowledgeable in auto parts. Until the quality of customer service improves, O’reilly has lost this customer.

You could be the only person in this star and it would still take you an hour to get in and out. I stood at the counter for 4 minutes. Watching the gentleman behind the counter. Look at a piece of scrap before he even looked up and asked me what I needed. Upon asking him I was directed to go get the filter myself. Usually you guys go get that so we don't have to remember numbers and I didn't have my glasses so I really couldn't read it. But after I went and got that and the oil and everything else myself I went up to the counter to pay. You guys gave me a card so I don't have to give my phone number or remember what number I put it under. I have multiple phones. Your cashier doesn't even know how to use your card that is issued through your company. This is the second time I've been in this store and I've dealt with this. They skip over the part where they have the card. He thought it was a coupon after I told them this was my card and set it on the counter. He was trying to run it as a coupon. What in the hell can you train your guys a little bit better and learn a little bit of customer service would be great. Unbelievable that the two gentlemen working in your store don't know how to use your card to pull up my account. You gave it to me. I've never had this issue before. Other than this store last two times I've been there. Nobody knows how to scan that cards or what you can pull up my information. I don't know what phone number I gave it to and I'm not going to stand there for 20 minutes giving you all of my old phone numbers so I can get a discount. I'm going to go down the road and go to a store who's not going to mess with me in that sense and actually knows how to use the cards that they provide for your customers SMH
