In November of 2025 my 2021 GMC Sierra 1500 was struck from the rear. Damage was done to the six-point tailgate, the bumper, trailer hitch, frame, both rear quarter panels, electrical connections, and the mount that connects the driver seat to the floor. My insurance co. gave me a choice of three places to take my vehicle in a fifty mile radius. My insurance agent advised me that Rendel's on Republic Ave in Joliet was on the list because of their integrity. I was familiar them with previous work related experiences. It took a while to get my truck back. That's because they don't by cheap aftermarket parts and they don't rush the job to get the vehicle out the door. I waited a while to write this because I wanted to thoroughly check everything out. The electrical components all work correctly. The mechanical components all work correctly and line up perfectly ( like when the truck was new ). Parts of the frame had to be cut off and replaced. You can't even tell where the new welds are. The truck tracks straight down the road. When you shine a bright flashlight on the replaced and repainted areas, you do not see two different paint jobs. The truck looks like it came off the showroom floor. My wife's BMW body shop couldn't do that a few years ago. I cannot say enough about honesty and integrity in the way they treat people and get the work done correctly.

Chose Rendel's West for body repair after an accident. They did a great job, quick to get it in and done! Would use them again if need be.
