Tim immediately eased my mind, telling me he could make the weekend transport happen at a very fair and honest price. The driver/operator Chandler was nothing less than A+++ professional. He took much care in loading, transporting and unloading the trike. I called for assistance when my car broke down right in the middle of the road in front of Albany Medical Center on New Scotland Avenue during rush hour and in the snow. My driver, Dylan from Capitol District Towing, arrived in under 15 minutes and had my car loaded onto the truck in about eight minutes and towed it to our mechanic in Wilton. The service was amazing, and Dylan was very friendly. It was definitely worth every single penny!
