Amazing shop and crew. I brought my Honda in after it got hit while parked. Nick and his team took care of my car and got it back on the road looking better then new. They kept in contact with me during the whole time during the process and handled everything with ease. I highly recommend this shop for any body work and repairs that you need done to your car they will take care of you.

So this review is not for the quality of their work, which I could care less about, it is for their communication and busniness practices. I received a message stating that my car was finished and ready to be picked up. When I arrived, I noticed that a piece of trim was not on the car. I mentioned it to the repctionist and she paiged someone with a hint of panic in her voice. When the guy appeared to show me my car, I said the trim is missing, and he was like, "Oh yeah, Nissan sent the wrong piece." And then started to explain which piece they sent instead, like I care. He told me the piece I need is on backorder for 2 weeks and would only take 5 seconds to install. I asked if they were going to come to my house and do it, and he said no, so it's a lot more than 5 seconds of my time. He then blamed it on Nissan and I said Nissan didn't call today saying my car was done. If they had left a message saying the work was done but a piece hadn't come in yet, that would have been fine. If when I got there they had mentioned it, that would have been fine. The fact that I, as the customer, feel like they tried to get away with not putting it on, then blamed someone else for their mistake, is not acceptable. I don't plan on getting rear-ended at a red light again, but if it happens, I won't bring the car back to them. If the trim is not on my car in 2 weeks this is going to a 1 star review.

This place always exceeds my expectations. Staff the front desk mechanics all do a phenomenal job. Christine is always very friendly and easy to talk to and very professional. They contact the necessary people for the car to get repaired.
