The service man was able to move my Ford EcoSport from a very narrow driveway (covered in snow on either side) to its service site effortlessly. He deserves 10 stars to be quite honest! They arrived promptly to tow my car when i called my insurance company for roadside assistance for a flat when the other company they originally called first kept pretending to be on their way for three plus hours. Superior was 200% better than the other company. When Superior was called to replace them, Superior arrived in less than an hour.

Called for roadside assistance through my chase card and these guys answered the call. Hands down the friendliest and best experience I’ve ever had with a tow company. The driver, Collin, called me when he was heading out and introduced himself by name, called me again on his drive to verify the location and some other info, then called me again when he was 5 minutes away. He was nice and professional and knew exactly what he was doing. I felt very confident that he would get my vehicle home safely. Sure enough he had my truck back in my driveway in under 2 hours from the time I called. Very rare to experience such efficient and friendly service in any industry. Highly recommend.
