Spoke with an employee today to ask a couple questions regarding a matter I was genuinely confused about and this guy was very unpleasant to talk to. I have great experiences everywhere I go but this interaction was more negative than anything. I forgot to ask of the name because I was caught off guard by the attitude. But whoever it was, may God put it in your heart to be nicer to people over the phones. You never know what someone is going through and I hope no one ever speaks to the women in your family that way. God Bless.

I wish I could give more than 5 stars because this place is amazing. I was having a really bad day and my truck broke down on the highway. The predicted time was 2 hours and the driver got to me in 30 min. Not only was he fast, but he was very nice and professional. He even waited for my ride to get there. I am so grateful to Jake and Alamance Towing & Recovery for helping me out and going the extra mile. I will recommend to them to my family and friends any day. Thanks again guys!
