My boyfriend and I broke down on 95S yesterday around 6 pm. I called Michael’s towing and Doug was out to us in less than 45 mins! Poor guy’s dinner was interrupted but he was super quick and efficient with getting us and our car to the dealer!!! Thank you Michaels and Doug for rescuing us so quickly!!!!

I was towing a boat to Florida and had a mishap. Boat shifted dangerously on the trailer. Within minutes first guy showed up to assess the situation. Not long after the truck and driver showed. They put together a plan and had the boat sitting right in minutes. Then would not leave me until I was strapped down and safe to continue on. Unbelievable customer service and professionalism. THEN...wrote me the receipt so I can try to get reimbursed by AAA who wouldn't honor the RV Trailer membership fir that type if call. Cant say enough about my experience. If you're in Fredericksburg and need help. Call Michael's. If my 2 drivers read this. Thank you again!!!

Best towing service in Fredericksburg, I work at a local shop, and this is the only place I recommend to all my client in need of a tow! Their customer service is 10/10 and I even trust them with my personal vehicles when I've needed a tow! They are quickest towing service around! Had an excellent experience with the driver Corey, who went out of his way to help a client of mine and even helped push it in A parking spot! BIG thank you from Tires plus Mine Rd!!
