I can’t recommend Mitchell’s enough. Every time I’ve needed help, they’ve shown up incredibly fast—much quicker than I ever expect. What really sets them apart, though, is how they treat people. Every driver I’ve met has been kind, respectful, and genuinely willing to help in a stressful moment. It’s rare to find a company that’s both quick and compassionate, but they nail it every time. If you ever need a tow, these are the folks you want coming to your rescue. JB was fantastic with his knowledge on my lowered vehicle and how to load it properly.

Coming from out of state to visit our son, we were told to eat at Duke’s Diner and parking is located beside the building. We arrived at Duke’s parked in the garage (what we thought was the garage). The garage was mostly open with maybe a dozen vehicles parked and even more opened spaces. We walked to Duke’s to place our name for service, walked outside and then went to our car to retrieve a coat. This was in a manner of 5 mins. I noticed a tow truck parked behind my vehicle and taking pictures of my car and was told it would be $150 today or $240 at the lot. I am not certain if the car was lifted at the time and immediately went to get my husband. The 20 seconds to walk back and my husband to come the car was lifted. We had offered to move the car because we had no idea it was private parking and was told no that it would cost $150 to lower the vehicle. We were absolutely clueless of what was happening as we were just parked 5 mins. We were told it was private parking. We asked if there he could provide some grace since we just arrived and were visiting out of state. We were told there’s no grace (funny there’s a cross in their social media images to convey grace). We had to pay $157 total to have it lowered for parking 5 mins in a location we didn’t know was private. (The signs on the building are not obvious - especially to those not living in the area).

JB showed up within 20 minutes of me calling for assistance. He was extremely efficient and professional. He towed my truck back to my house and released it exactly where I requested with no hesitations. He and Mitchell’s towing made a bad situation more tolerable, which was greatly appreciated! Keep up the great work! I highly recommend these guys if you’re in need of towing assistance!
