Fantastic Kids

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ While working for Amazon, I got a flat tire and found myself stranded in the middle of nowhere. Within 20 minutes, TJ from Big Toe Towing showed up and completely turned the situation around. He was fast, professional, and incredibly friendly. What really stood out was his attention to detail and customer care — he even opened the door for me, which may seem small, but it made a stressful situation feel a lot easier. On top of the excellent towing service, he also took the time to share helpful information about local services, which I really appreciated. My truck broke down in Amherst and I was stranded on the side of the road on one of the coldest days of the year. I called AAA and Big Toe Towing was my assigned tow company. The driver called me and we discussed where I could have my truck towed. He was very knowledgeable and helpful. He arrived as quickly as he could and I asked him if I could get in his truck because I was so cold. Thank God for heat! He quickly got my truck on the tow bed and we were off. I told him where I wanted to go and he agreed it was a great place. Thanks to Big Toe and the driver for all his help and heat!!
