I think that the scales need to be calibrated more regularly. Other than that. They are good. Nice people. The one in portsmouth doesn't hassle you with dumb stuff.

The lady in the office is the most unprofessional person I think I've ever seen in my life, she has an attitude every time I've been there, the customers bring metal in so you can have a JOB!!! You guys need to strongly consider who you have working for you, and today topped the cake, a man was on the scale and being held, I feel this was done on purpose, we were behind said truck and got on the scale and she screams out the window, "we're closed" and held a closed sign out the window, I will drive the extra mile to go elsewhere, don't take your business there
