3.5 ⭐s I have to admit, judging by the reviews I was afraid I would have crashed out, so I made sure to have a cop on a standby. Thankfully, I did not need him like I thought I would have upon arrival. Yes, the company is a little sketchy and best business practices aren't necessarily followed, but if you do follow their appointment process, everything, from my experience went rather smoothly. I got there before my appointment time and 45 minutes after they opened but no one came to the door until 12pm even though they open at 11am. A little annoying. Then a young girl came out and put a camera up and I had to tell her that I had an appointment (She did not acknowledge me or ask if she could assist) She proceeds to ask for my ID but still does not allow me into the building. In fact, customers aren't allowed in at all. We were all standing outside handing her our IDs and such.... weird. Oh the other thing was the vicious looking dog. They say she doesn't bite, but it can be intimidating to customers and should be put away during regular business hours. I do appreciate the young girl offering to wait with me though. I understand the need to have some sort of protection in this line of business, but it shouldn't come at the expense of unproblematic customers. Overall, My experience was pretty painless and I was out within 30 minutes. P.S. All of my belongings were accounted for and I was not charged a penny.

They went into my vehicle and removed my belongings. Several belongings are missing and getting them to answer the door a second time is impossible. Had my vehicle for less than two weeks. Im pretty sure this may be illegal am talking to my lawyer about it. Please be aware before using this company.

This place towed my car. Mya car had no damage. When I went to pay to get my car back my car was damaged on the passenger side. My spare tire was bent to the point you can not put air in it. I made a complaint and they said the car was like that which they didn’t show pictures at time of pick up showing that damage was done already. The lady at the front desk told me they take pictures at time of pick up and when they get to their lot. Where are the pictures at time of pick up? Still have yet to see them. If I could rate them 0 stars I would they don’t even deserve the 1.
