The front desk worker was extremely nice and they didn't give me any grief for having oversize tires, after I had other shops deny me service because of them. I dropped my vehicle off a day before my appointment and they got it done that same day, allowing me to pick it up when my appointment was supposed to start. The trucks steering is night and day from what it was prior to bringing it in.

Easy appointment scheduling. Quick service. Service writer was very pleasant & helpful. Service technician JT was great…greeted me at the counter, asked appropriate questions, performed the alignment & assisted in checking me out….very friendly & professional. Highly recommend!

Took my 2007 Lexus LS 460 to Toyota to get it aligned, after getting 22" rims and front end suspension work done on it and not only could they not do it they said it was unsafe to drive, and they wanted to charge me 93 dollars for a diagnosis. After a few choice words at a level you could have heard across the street at the Haynes furniture store I was about to leave and one of the mechanics met me at my car and said " you didn't here this from me but go down the street to Berts if they can't do it, it can't be done." I thanked him and immediately Googled them got the number. I called them talked to the kindest lady on the phone think her name was Elizebeth, told her my situation she said she could get me in on Thursday of the next week this was Friday when I was talking to her she quoted me the price I asked if I could drop it off wensday night she gave me the instructions on how to do that. They stayed intouch with me the next week by sending me a reminder text on Tuesday and wensday dropped it off they called me at 1030 on Thursday and let me know it was done. I had to work till 7pm they closed at 5pm they allowed my wife to come pay pick up the keys and they parked my car under a light in front of their shop. I said all that to say they are a top notch outfit I would recommend them to everyone and anyone.
