AutoZone Totem Lake fried my car, lied to me about why, then told me to buy parts on Amazon. Avoid AutoZone at all costs!<br><br>AutoZone advertises "expert help," but what I received at the Totem Lake store was a nightmare of incompetence, deception, and staggering unprofessionalism. They fried my car's electrical system, tried to cover it up, and then had the audacity to tell me to fix their mistake with parts from Amazon. This was a complete and avoidable disaster.<br><br>It started as a simple battery replacement for my 2019 Honda Accord. The employee installed the new battery with reversed polarity, and my car's electronics immediately went haywire before going completely dead. Instead of owning the mistake, the employee played dumb and offered other excuses for why the car wouldn't start. He only admitted to his critical error when I confronted him directly and told him I had watched him do it.<br><br>From there, management refused to take any professional responsibility. They denied my request to have the car towed to a real dealership and instead suggested an unknown, non-employee "mechanic friend" poke around the now-fried electronics. The kicker? After all that, they admitted they didn't even stock the parts to fix the damage they had just caused and told me to order them on Amazon myself.<br><br>The sad thing is this entire situation was avoidable. If the employee wasn't 100% comfortable with the job, all he had to do was say so. Instead, AutoZone's negligence, matched only by their dishonesty, has left me with a damaged vehicle and a significant repair bill. Do not let AutoZone touch your vehicle.<br><br>This was a nightmare from start to finish. I had to pay for my own tow & repairs to get my car away from them. AutoZone's negligence is only matched by their dishonesty.

Thong<br>Was a very nice fellow who helped me exceedingly along with the help of the Manager Vishal Super great Manager super great employees, sunshine and smiles. This fellow over here was minhtin all had a part in helping me today they solve problems that I probably couldn’t have solved without them and their team effort. I really appreciate the quality of employees that you hire and especially at this store. I’ve been to hundreds of AutoZone’s but this store was special. It made my day. I appreciate that. I look forward to a long-term relationship with these men. They’re built on greatness. You could tell just by the way they serve.

I received amazing help and service from Store 4118, Vishal, Store Manager and Minhthin, Team Member.   My car wouldn't start in Totem Lake Parking Lot.   At the end of the Mall I remembered an auto store.  I told Vishal my trouble and asked if they could help me.  I left my wallet in my car so I couldn't buy at the moment, but Vishal had Minhthin bring the battery to me.<br><br>Minhthin saw that my connection cable was loose and he tightened it.  My car started!   I drove to the store and he checked my battery, which was fairly new, and it was good.  So instead of trying to sell me something I didn't need, he was honorable.  This is something I will never forget.<br><br>I will post and tell others about my experience.  What great service I received. I was frazzled and didn't know what I would do. They helped me, so wonderful. And I had fun getting the guys a "Thank You Treat."
