My car was towed by Parkway and I had to go pick it up the next morning. Obviously not an ideal situation, but Parkway did a great job with the process. They were professional, answered my questions, and everything went smoothly when I picked it up. My car was kept in a fenced and locked gated lot (even with an electric fence), which made me feel better about security. They also gave me a ride over and we had a good conversation while I waited. I appreciate them making a stressful situation a little easier. If you’re wondering about their experience, they’ve been in business since 1970, and that says it all.

Customer service is horrible, they made me drive up there during lunch when I called night before said it was okay for me to come get car and gave me a quote i show up the next day with money at hand and they tell me I can’t take it. I called back later and then magically say I can take it and up charge me more money . WORST COMPANY EVER ! People in front desk are horrible people.

Wrecker service itself was awesome, the lady that works in the office constantly has a attitude I have called them 3 x for a week to get a copy of the invoice so I can be reimbursed by the other driver’s insurance. She gave me the run around to call back another time after answering with a disgusting attitude every-time and I had enough and gave her the same energy right back I would give ZERO stars if I could.
