My EV battery discharged faster than normal due to -10°C weather and we were stranded on the side of the Thruway less than 3 miles from home. We called Dawson's and they dispatched Jimmy to tow us. He was super professional and gently put the car on flatbed. Then when we got to the charger, he made sure to stay with us I untill we were able to get the charger connected. He had to reposition the car a few times. He was so patient, helpful, and concerned for our safety. After all of that, he absolutely refused to take a tip despite our repeated encouragement. He would not even accept a cup of coffee. I highly recommend Dawson's Towing!!!

Let me say first they made a bad situation a lot better. I’d like to thank the Operator (Levi) For his professionalism getting the vehicle on the truck with no damage more than that was already caused by the accident. Reasonably priced was there way faster than I thought dropped off to next destination where the rest will be taken care of Thank you guys again for all your help

I cannot express how great Dawson’s was with their service. The driver who towed us was friendly, courteous and very professional. Their staff in office shared the same sentiment and made an unfortunate experience a little more manageable. I don’t often leave reviews but my interactions with Dawson’s staff was incredible given the circumstances. If I ever need a tow by the Albany area I’ll definitely be giving them a call
