First of all I want to thank Joel for the way he communicates with customers. He is a real pro — very attentive to questions and details, always polite and responsible in managing everything. The service itself is clearly done by experts. You won’t regret choosing MINHS over dealer servicing if you want an alternative. Being a “dealer alternative” is their biggest strength. This can also be a downside for people who don’t want to spend a lot of money on older or heavily used cars. MINHS usually works with original parts and doesn’t offer alternatives even if those parts are made by the same companies that supply automakers. So their approach is similar to the dealership model, but without pressure tactics and with a fair evaluation of which parts actually need replacement. Overall I highly recommend this shop. You can expect a very high level of service and professionalism. Just be prepared for a high price. That cost makes sense given the quality of work. It’s usually lower than dealership pricing, without unnecessary upselling or inflated service recommendations. P.S. I was told I would get a car wash but it didn’t happen. I’ll assume it’s because I turned down some recommended services :))

I've owned a low mile BMW E36 M3 now for 14 years, and have high standards for this car. I've used other well known, (if not famous), independent BMW and German car shops in Ridgewood, Mineola, and Oceanside over the years. But it's the guys at MINHS, particularly, Jason, Christos and James, who have managed to earn my trust and repeat business with their customer service, passion, competency and attention to detail. Believe the hype. These guys are great.

Excellent shop for European cars. I own a Volvo XC90 2013 model and MINHS has done a great job in checking everything is in order and repairing any defects. They are quite reasonably priced compared to dealership and always sends a detailed inspection report that includes photos, videos and their remarks before you decide what to do with the car. For example, my O2 sensor was causing issues with the catalytic converter efficiency and they sent graphs and videos describing it in detail.
