One of my employee's managed to slide into a bush on one of our customers icy driveway. I advised him to call a tow truck to help straighten the vehicle so he could back down the driveway safely. Although they were able to do this, the cost was nearly $489.00 for a quick visit and no tow distance, which the owner stated was a "deal". Unfortunately my employee agreed to the pricing and paid for the service without my consent to cost. Earlier this winter we used America 1 towing for a similar service which cost $75.00. I am disappointed in the overall cost of service, not in the service itself necessarily. I advise calling around for pricing if you need a tow or recovery service in this area. Thats all I can say. :(

Our vehicle was stuck off-road in a challenging and hard-to-access spot. Several other towing companies lacked the specialized equipment needed to recover it. M. Hussein arrived promptly and was outstanding to work with. His service was highly professional, efficient, and of exceptional quality. Highly recommend!
