We love Alex!!! We havebeen going to Alex for at least three years and he has always given us the best service without the dealership price. We take both our Mercedes and BMW to him for all auto needs. I just had engine mounts replaced and transmission resealed with new filter. My 2008 C300 now rides brand new. Such a wonderful difference!!!

I've been going to Alex Auto since 2018 through a word-of-mouth recommendation. All my services with them thus far had positive outcomes. Their prices are reasonable and the quality of their work is top-notch. They keep my 22-year-old Subaru running in tip-top shape. When my car had trouble passing the emission test last year, they did an engine flush and fixed the O2 sensor for me. They even helped with emission drive cycle. I passed that test and the next. I just had a manual transmission service done to fix a rattling issue with the shifter. Everything went well. Unlike my Subaru dealership's service department, they don't try to tack on services I don't need. Raphael at the front is always friendly and knowledgeable, and doesn't talk down to you. I highly recommend this place.

Alex Auto (Raphael and Alex) deserves 100 out of 5 stars. I called yesterday morning about a repair on my Mazda, and they immediately jumped into action. They managed to source the part overnight and had my car repaired quickly and professionally. Even though I only met them yesterday, I walked out today feeling confident that this will be my go to auto shop for years to come. That kind of trust is rare. True gentlemen, honest, efficient, and genuinely good people. If you want work done right by people who care, this is the place.
