I am an 18 wheeler driver who had an issue with a trailer so the company sourced Werker 1 to come out. Paul called right away to discuss while en route. He was very friendly and even had a few jokes to ease the pain of being delayed at 4 am in 30-degree weather! Once he arrived, he told me to wait in my truck because it was cold. He was quick to assess and report back to his dispatcher and my company. They asked him to tow to my terminal for in-house repair. He even sent me the address to make sure I knew where I was going. From dispatch to dropping at my terminal 30 minutes away, was less than 2 hours!! Most companies take 2 hours to show up in a personal vehicle but in a commercial you can wait up to 5 hours and they have a bad attitude. I’ve dealt with roadside assistance number time in my personal and professional career and this way BY FAR the most professional and customer-friendly friendly interaction I've ever had! I would HIGHLY recommend them to anyone. Thank you again Paul!

So the reason I'm even aware this company exists, is because my drivers parked at The Home Depot in Forest Park, GA. He said he had permission from the night time manager, but I'm been driving long enough to know that doesn't matter unless all management is on the same page. I don't park at businesses I'm not doing business with especially long term or for breaks. The driver is responsible for the ticket or paying for the release of the equipment which they did. Now the reason here is because my truck wasn't in the condition in these pictures prior to it being towed. Somehow the fairings having gone missing, they were giving a number for me to call instead of insurance information. All I want is for my truck to be back to the condition prior to being towed the proper way.

My semi got stuck in a storage yard. They showed up in less than an hour. Driver was fast,efficient,and friendly. Even explained to my company what happened and even helped me get the trailer I was supposed to get out as there was no way I could have even hooked to it much less get it out. 10 out 10 would recommend.
