This Staples location is my go to. Today I had to rush and get 2 large cases of copy paper for my office. Eddie the GM greeted me and assisted me immediately. I was concerned how I would manage to carry them myself. But Eddie carried the cases of paper both to the register for me and to my car without hesitation. I didn’t even get the chance to ask for help he was already on it. You don’t see this often anymore and on a day like today it really meant a lot. Shout out to Eddie for truly setting the standard for exceptional customer service! 10/10

Great customer service! Dwight took the time to thoroughly explain the printer’s functions and how it works, which was super helpful. Matthew was incredibly kind , he even offered to help me bring the printer to my car. Once my car service arrived, he put on his jacket in the cold and personally carried the printer out for me. The gentleman at the register was also friendly and helpful. I really appreciated everyone’s attentiveness and care!

I bought an unasembled office desk there in December. 2025<br>My first impression of the store began from the parking lot.<br>While they have a large customer parking lot I give them a 2% for not removing the snow sufficiently that day for customers to drive and walk in safely .Just from the entrance the ground was very bumpy and unsafe. I paused as I turned in trying to scout out the best place to park because I had intended to purchase a very big heavy item.<br>The guy who came in behind just kept blowing, very impatient To lessen the noise I crawled over to another frozen bumpy spot .When I went in the store I couldn't find an attendant so I just browsed from isle to isle until I got to the back. I didn't locate what I wanted. I meandered towards the front . I encountered a youngman and I asked for the item and he instructed me go to customer service. There was no one at the desk. I saw a woman 2 cashier spaces over and asked if there will be someone at the customer service location soon<br>She barely glanced up at and said I should wait she'd be with me. Well it was going on to 5 minutes or more and she was still with the other customer. Around 10 minutes into the wait a gentleman came by in the path of one of the isles and I decided to speak with him. He stated that he didn't know of any such stock in the store but I should accompany him while he went to check in the back. To my greatest pleasure he found me a office desk it wasn't my desired one however, I was overjoyed that he took the time to assist me although this item was not marked down as being available for purchase. To top it off he lifted the item by himself to the front. Further to that he allowed me to go get my jeep to park exactly at the door, and he assisted me in lowering the back seats to fit the item in. For this grand deed. I give the store a 8 out of 10.
