Had an issue with my rear windshield repair from a different company, called Don and asked if they could put the car back together. Don said bring it in and will take a look. They started working on it right away, and had the issue resolved in a couple hours. Very grateful for their customer service, and car knowledge.

I can’t say enough great things about Don’s Body Shop! From start to finish, the entire experience was top-notch. A special shoutout to Shelly, who truly went above and beyond—she took the time to track down a hard-to-find grill for my Toyota Tacoma, keeping me updated the whole way. Her dedication and friendly attitude made a stressful situation so much easier. Not only did they do excellent work on my truck, but they also reduced my deductible, which was an unexpected and much-appreciated help. To top it off, they delivered the truck right to my house, looking as good as new. The customer service here is just outstanding. After living with an 8"' x 10" dent in the rear bumper cover of our 2015 Jeep Renegade for about a year, I finally found time to take the car into Don's Body Shop for the repair. The new owner, Randy, was very pleasant and professional to work with. I made an appointment and dropped off the car in the morning. Before noon I was told that the repair was made and the vehicle ready to pick up. When I arrived back at the shop and asked Randy what I owed him, he said "Nothing. It was an easy repair."
