Marc was extremely helpful and very pleasant to work with and he solve one of my issues I had been having with a lifetime warranty on a torc wrench I needed to get replaced but the store I bought it from the store manager there was so unhelpful and rude so I can into Marc store and he was very sweet and helpful and helped me with everything I needed and so patient not in a rush even tho he was busy. We need more guys like him in this world he made my day thanks again for all your help today I appreciate u. Your a great guy and great at your job

I just want to say Marc was proficient and helped me right away didn’t hesitate to see if I needed to buy a battery before spending money he double check to be sure once it was confirmed I needed a battery he installed it for retested it to make sure everything was good all in all definitely great service! Definitely 5 stars!

Marc completely turned my battery warranty expierence around after dealing with multiple other locations and employees turning me away. He handeled the problem with solid customer service and on his feet problem solving. Marc is the reason people come back. Advanced auto parts is lucky to have him.
