No contents are safe. Alex and cliff were not helpful in service. Upon difficulty(to defense fully responsible for vehicle being towed) would not allow me to retrieve contents until it was “donated” by them to auction. Majority of contents were ransacked<br>Disappointing experience with terrible service

My car was towed for illegal parking, and that’s okay. But I arrived at 4:15 PM, and you were closed. By law and the state of Virginia, you are supposed to be open until 5:00 PM. Now I have to come back tomorrow, and I am not going to pay extra for another day. It’s not my fault that you closed early. If you don’t agree, I will take legal action against you for emotional distress and overpayment.

However, they are towing vehicles across the city, seemingly with the intent of charging owners an additional $50–$100 for each day of storage.<br><br>This practice is highly unprofessional. A business operating in this manner is unlikely to succeed in the long run. It is advisable to avoid this company.
