Got off from work at 6pm to a completely flat tire. I have a 35 minute drive home and work tomorrow at 8am so definitely stressed out. When I called to get assistance the text message I got after said estimated 60 minutes for arrival. About 10 minutes after that, I got a call from Coltin saying he was 7 minutes away. He was so kind especially listening to me ramble. I have only ever had 1 other flat tire and when I say Coltin was so fast, it didn’t seem real. I also have LED lights under my car and he was super careful to make sure nothing got damaged. Apparently my spare tire was also a little flat so after changing it he pumped it up as well. He even threw my bad tire back in the trunk since I have a warranty and helped get some other things back in the trunk. As someone who works in “hospitality/service industry”, Coltin went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of and safe. Thank you so much. Yall are lucky to have a great employee working for you!

Came in a reasonable time less then what they told me on the phone, the driver was really nice and I would definitely pick them!!

Riley was awesome, we got my car towed to our house and were able to ride with him. Very cool dude! Cost was great too compared to some of the prices I’ve heard about. Didn’t take long for him to get to us either. Highly recommend!
