0 stars. Im never using this service again. EVER! The woman Jamie at night told me she couldn't have someone move my equipment at night. That wasn't true. I asked to make payment over the phone. She said that's not possible, I have to make payment with the driver. Once delivered to the destination, I'm told by the driver, that he doesn't have a card machine. I told him all I have is my business card as it's a business expense. So I call Jamie again, who tells me that "card payment is a CONVENIENCE and he doesn't have a reader so that I'll have to figure it out" and threatened to "take my equipment to their office until I can pay cash." After going back and forth, there's a link that magically appears that I can pay by card with. Why she had to be so difficult instead of trying to help is besides me. Being out at 1am for a tow service is already not fun. I guess she thought that I would think a BIG COMPANY such as Elite would not accept card payment as a payment method. Her representation of Elite has been unprofessional on every level. In the end she said, I should be thanking her. I have a business. And we thank every customer for choosing us to do business with. I guess when the company's SOO BIG, this behavior is okay.

I broke down on the LIE in November. AAA mistakenly said they couldn't pick up on the LIE, so Highway Patrol called a tow. Phil was the tow operator who came. No one has ever taken as good care of a car of mine. He wrapped each rim in a cloth before inserting the tie down straps so they wouldn't get scratched. He also wrapped the winch cable is his rain gear so it wouldn't damage the front air dam. I was so impressed with his attention to detail and expertise. The price was high but AAA reimbursed me for most of it. What a great experience in the middle of an unfortunate situation. Five stars.

I wish I could give this company zero stars. They are unprofessional and unethical. They were assigned to tow my car by the dealership because I had a blown tire. My case was assigned to them at 7am. I got a message stating they would get to me in 1hr 15 min to 1hr 45 min. I waited and no one arrived. I contacted Elite and was told someone is on their way and should arrive in 45 minutes. I waited again. No one showed up. I called again and they said my car is next to be picked up and it should be another 30 minutes, again, no one showed up. This went on for over 4 hours before they told me they are still waiting for a tow truck to become available. The receptionist was extremely unprofessional. I decided to cancel and have roadside assistance assign my case to another tow company.Based on my horrible experience, it is obvious that Elite is clearly picking up jobs from dealerships and other sources, knowing they do not have the manpower to complete these jobs. They will keep you waiting for hours, hoping a driver will become available . DO NOT USE this tow company under any circumstance. They have no respect for people’s time. If your roadside assistance representative assigns this company to you, call roadside assistance and have them cancel and reassign to another company. Save yourself the frustration and waste of time.
