Quick and professional, Armando i believe was his name, great guy. Dropped my trailer at drop yard, carried truck to shop, highly recommend this company!! Glad we were able to laugh about the reason of my tow and it wasn't more serious

Neighbors you can rely on! I blew a tire on 57, in between Richton Park and Monee. My insurance 'Roadside Assistance' was a joke - 75-120 minutes for a tow truck based in Chicago. I called my Vehicle Service provider and they referred me to Wes Kochel Inc. The Owner answered the call, calmed me down (it was dark and cold and I was on the shoulder of 57!) and got a Tow Truck out to me ASAP. The Tow Truck Driver was incredibly professional and kind. A great reminder - always support local and local will support you!

I was on the expressway and just as I'm about to get off on exit 340B in frankfort , something flew off the tow truck and hit my windshield. I now have a crack which i hope doesn't get any bigger. I called right away, and some kind lady took a message. unfortunately due to the thunderstorm i couldnt get the plate number but i was able to read wes kochel. I hope to hear back from you guys as soon as possible as it is rainy weather season and i dont want to risk getting a leak.
