Update: Unfortunately I have to knock off 3 stars from my original review! While I’m still very happy with my service, I discovered through my insurance that this company willingly went against their contract and doubled charged for their towing services. Both my insurance and I got a bill and sent payment for the same service. Now I have to go through a reimbursement process because I didn’t actually have to pay. My insurance company is not happy about this and neither am I! Got my grooming van out of the ice and back on the road! I went a little too far down an icy neighborhood and got stuck. Bill arrived on time and was ready to help! He gave clear instructions that made this stressful situation a lot easier to handle. He got my van out safely and I was back on my merry way! Lesson learned and thankfully everyone and the van is ok. Thanks again Bill, for keeping Kawaii K9 Mobile Grooming LLC on the road!

The operator on the phone was very cheerful and helpful. Assisted me with clear instructions. The driver came right away after the payment. I only waited maybe 20min. He was so kind and friendly. Even gave me some advice on how to clean my battery. When life happens and a gal is in need, a friendly tone and quick assistance can make the world of difference. I really appreciate them so much!

Barnes Towing saved the day. Great job. AAA came out and told me they couldn’t help. AAA said I would have to wait until my driveway thawed which will be over a week.
