This, of course, included my vehicle, which he was supposed to tow safely and securely. To make matters worse, when I requested his name, he provided the suspiciously vague and anonymous-sounding "Alex G." The ordeal continued when I called Gemma Towing to report not only the towing damage but also the defacement of my vehicle by their driver.
