I wanted to put one star because my car was towed lol but as far as customer service Jacob was noting less of amazing! He was down to earth and funny. He made us feel a little better after all we went through with the towing situation. He also waived a fee for us to get our car back. I would definitely recommend him to anyone in need or to speak to when dealing with Trust towing! Thank you Jacob the goat.

Trust Towing staff is phenomenal! They know how to make you feel SO much better in a stressful situation. The majority of tow companies do not have this reputation but I'm here to tell you that Trust is a very trustworthy towing company! The staff is very understanding, professional and all around good people. Patrick and Brittany will always remember them!!!

First Fleet Logistics

After a few years investigation finally… finally finally .. that 3500 bout to cost yall a life time . Record every call . Turns out this place STOLE my truck . I paid the fee wasn’t tripping until I realized the unit wasn’t parked overnight . Settled with Walmart 29k Trust towing you next . lol dread head guy had a real smart mouth. Be careful with this place I attack the legal way tho . Good luck to yall stay blessed . They signs will be coming down in certain lots .
