Ruskos towing was an awesome company to hire, they had excellent communication, they were very patient and kind on the phone and in person, they were very professional in quoting my tow and the tow service itself. Mr Nick who is an Army veteran made me feel like my car was in good hands the whole way. He was gentle with my car and careful loading and unloading. Thank you Ruskos for the great tow service!

If I could give zero stars, I would. This place is a textbook example of how to take advantage of people when they’re already stressed and vulnerable. The staff is rude, unprofessional, and completely unhelpful unless you’re handing over cash. They hit you with hidden fees, claim mysterious “storage” charges that weren’t mentioned anywhere, and delay paperwork just to milk more money out of you. They don’t answer the phone, they “lose” documents, and they speak to you like you’re doing them a favor by being there. The whole operation feels shady from top to bottom, and it’s clear they count on people not having the time or energy to fight back. Trust me: document everything, bring a witness, and prepare to be scammed. If you’re unlucky enough to have your car end up here, brace yourself. This isn’t just an impound lot — it’s a legal trap run by people who know exactly how to play the game. Shame on them.
