Would give NO STARS , if I could ! I would strongly caution anyone considering using DNA Tow and Tires. I paid $200 for a tire that I was told was “NEW” only to later find out it was a recap tire. Today, that tire blew out on the highway, causing me to lose control of my vehicle with my son in the car. It was a terrifying and dangerous situation that could have ended much worse. When I contacted the company “Trey” the owner who lied and said he wasn’t “Trey “ he is “Brandon” , I was met with unprofessional behavior and inconsistent responses. I was told they were “calling around” to find a tire for me, but I never received a follow-up call. No accountability, no urgency, and no real effort to resolve the issue. DO NOT BUY TIRES FROM HERE ! YOUR Safety WILL be compromised!
