They advertise credit card and debit card payment as well as contactless payment, but do not offer anything but Cash app and Apple Pay. They were extremely late rude and did not have an invoice link to send. I had to work with my finance team to ensure we were able to send over a payment that is outside of the norm for a business. During this time they threatened to take off the tire. Complete rip off of $200+ dollars for bad service and a patch tire. I will be reporting this shady business.

can’t thank XRS Mobile Tire Service enough! I was stuck with two flat tires and thought I had no options, but they came through quickly and professionally. The technician arrived on time, was very friendly, and got me back on the road much faster than I expected. The whole process was smooth, convenient, and stress-free compared to dealing with a tow or waiting at a shop. If you ever find yourself in a tough spot, this is the team you want to call—reliable, efficient, and truly lifesaving. Highly recommend!

So my daughter has a flat; call this guy and they came. The next thing you know she gets a call and said her car rolled into the middle of the street when they jacked it up. They left the car in the street unattended, no cones, nor reflectors to prevent it from being hit by incoming traffic. Upon her fiancé and grandfather’s arrival the car is in the street with 3 tires and damages to the passenger side. When she called the technician to ask what’s going on and why did they leave her car unattended, he said we left to get the tire fixed (if you’re mobile why did you have to leave to go do a job you’re called to do on site) He had no concern of the car but found his was to ask; how would we be paying; rather than addressing this issue at hand. These guys are very unprofessional and we will be moving forward with legal actions.
