My car suddenly stopped working on a very busy Appalachian highway. With the help of my companion and a few kind strangers who pushed the car while I steered, we were able to move it safely to the side of the road. Shortly after, a tow truck arrived within minutes, which truly felt like a blessing during such a stressful, movie-like moment. Justin, who towed my car, was incredibly patient, personable, and professional. He made sure my car was transported to a secure parking deck for the weekend, where the staff were also very kind and helpful. Justin stayed in communication with my support team and helped coordinate getting the car back to Atlanta on Monday, ensuring it could be towed all the way to the dealership. I’m very grateful for the excellent service.

We were spending our first weekend as a family at our new mountain home in Blue Ridge, and we knew it was going to snow but we're unprepared for driving in it. My husband attempted to drive down our road and wrecked his car. Jeff and his team, Jamie and Fabian, were so responsive and kind. Their first attempt was unsuccessful, due to conditions, but they CAME BACK and tried again. They then came back the following day to make sure we could get down the mountain road safely with our kids and pets and belongings. These people are great humans. Thank God for Car Crafters. ? 20/10 recommend.

Josh, Fabian, and Jaime are life savers! We reached out to the team for emergency help when we got stuck in the snow with our vehicle and trailer. As Floridians on vacation, we were in a panic and Car Crafters rescued us with little wait time, clear communication, friendliness, professionalism, and even advice that we were and still are so grateful for. The team treated us so kind, never making us feel like we were a bother. They were able to attach our Uhaul trailer to the truck and get it up the hills to us safely.
