If I could give 10 stars I would! We were traveling at 5:30 in the morning with our 5th wheel, following our GPS which led us down a narrow road to a sharp curve onto a small bridge. We couldn’t make the turn with the camper and it started sliding into the ditch next to the creek. We called Allison towing and Alec and his partner Jesse came out. They kept our camper from sliding into the creek and then pulled us back off the bridge. After that, the only way to get out was to back up the way we came, up a very narrow, very windy road. Alec offered to back us out as my husband was already frazzled. Alec did a perfect job! They were lifesavers and we can’t thank them enough!

Alec was absolutely amazing. My car was stuck on the side of the road in a ditch almost in an embankment. With patience and care he tirelessly worked to get my car onto the road and not only that, drove it to my house because he knew how afraid I was for it to happen again. I could not be more impressed and thankful for him. If I could give 100 stars I would!!!

Absolutely outstanding service. We were stuck in a really tough situation late at night with bad weather, and the driver still showed up with a great attitude and professionalism. He knew exactly what he was doing, was patient, and got us out safely without causing any damage. Truly went above and beyond. Highly recommend this company, especially this driver. Thank you so much!
