When they took away our curbside recycle pick up tgey saud they would stay open on Saturday mornings instead. Now we have no curbside pickup and it is Saturday morning and they are closed. This place has been going down hill since Carroll county took it over from Eureka Springs.

Ordered a service and was told I had to have my first weeks trash out by 5 am. Truck didn’t come till 10 am after animals had got to the bags I was told to leave out again at 5am then they say that they won’t pick it up and they aren’t responsible

The trash services have not collected our trash for two weeks now. We called the first week and they said they would send someone out to pick it up. Last weeks trash is still here now with this weeks trash as well. Why do I pay for trash removal and city bags if the city won’t pick it up? Recycling is gone because they do their jobs. But not my trash AGAIN for the second week In a row, and I cannot get ahold of anyone in the main office. If this continues I will reach out to executive in charge and make a formal complaint this is ridiculous.
