Great staff and fairly priced. A few months ago I had a family tragedy occur leading to my vehicle being parked too long at the eureka dollar general. Although the night manager at DG attempted to have JJ Tow my vehicle for reasons I was never given, they actually refused to do so and even informed the manger that Id been a long term resident & local customer for years. My Mother was enduring brain cancer surgery & I was in desperate need of compassion. Instead I got a ride back to DG to find my vehicle gone, the manager refused to speak to me & I discover that Backwoods had no issue removing my car, charging me an outrageous fee, and also refusing to communicate over a phone call... 'Text only' the process of receiving my car back as I scrambled to find a ride after dark in the winter weather. I explained that I would be draining my bank account in order to avoid the daily impound fee which backwoods promptly let me know was not their problem. I was also forced to produce my Title, drivers License , registration, proof and insurance and told to "stop crying" as I stood their worrying over my Mom's diagnosis. After I proved my legitimacy with all necessary paperwork and gave my remaining paycheck over to the owners I started my older model car I felt so small and embarrassed. My car malfunctioned directly after getting it out and I took it to Johnson's who repaired it with kindness and even offered to pray for my Mother. They remembered me as a customer and I'm very grateful for their understanding and quick response to the minor repairs. I no longer live in eureka springs as I'm caring for Mom now.

My client in Eureka towed her truck to this business for repair after it had been breaking down. It was clearly not running well, the idle was sputtering, and kept dying every time it was driven. They claimed to have run diagnostics and told my client it was fine. They charged her a tow fee and charged for the diagnostics. It broke down as she drove it home from the shop. They clearly do not care about quality service and do not do the job they are charging for. I would not recommend this business. Based on personal experience, I do not trust the integrity of this staff or quality of service at this establishment. Drive safe and take care. Dear Johnson Auto, you should do some quality control or just close up shop. Stop taking advantage of good people.

If you send me to another shop to confirm a blown engine that's where I'll go without trying to give ya my biz. Especially when I already carried an old man back and forth to work multiple times while you try to figure out a broken ground. And it only took you 3 tries. I shoulda fixed it when I found the problem in 15 minutes but let you finish what you started
