I purchased to use transmission for my 2010 Chrysler Town & Country from this facility and had it installed, and the transmission was junk the mechanic diagnosed the problem with the transmission, saying that it had a bad torque converter, lock up switch in it. I informed the business of that the business Still told me the only thing that they could do was refund. My money for the trans, because they didn't have another in that price range. These folks lied first they said the trans was tested and then and then the customer service is really crazy. I needless to say I will never spend another dollar with these people. You are at your own risk when dealing with this business because they are not reputable.

***Extremely Disappointing Experience with Neuner's Automotive Recyclers*** I purchased a used ford explorer transmission from Neuners Automotive Recyclers on October 1st, spending a total of $625, plus an additional $100 for the core charge and $375 for shipping. Unfortunately, once installed, the transmission proved to be defective. Despite assurances from Nooners that it was in good working condition, it was clear the transmission was faulty. After multiple attempts to diagnose the problem, including towing costs and mechanic fees, it was confirmed by several shops that the transmission was indeed bad. When I reached out to Neuners for support, they were unhelpful and refused to cover any of the additional expenses I incurred, offering only a partial refund that didn’t cover the full costs. Overall, my experience was costly, time-consuming, and frustrating. I strongly advise potential customers to look elsewhere for their automotive needs.
