We were in an accident in Alamosa in June, 2025. The tow driver was lovely and helped us get a couple of items from our van after the accident. Every interaction since the initial one has been terrible. I was told that I had to turn over the title of my van or pay $1,800 before I could get the remainder of my personal items out after 8 days of storage. I used one of my tows through AAA to have the van moved to a collision center. I asked four times for a receipt, and the owner despite telling me on two phone calls that he would provide me with the receipt, still has not provided it a month later. So, now, the other drivers insurance doesn't have to reimburse me for that either. I would never recommend these folks to anyone.
