I meant to post this review months back but it totally slipped my mind. Absolutely amazing experience at this auto shop- I’ve lived in evergreen for years and have taken my car here multiple times, never felt taken advantage of and there are always clear lines of communication. This summer, my car started smoking on my way to work so I stopped by to have them check it out. Mike said it wasn’t safe to drive, but I needed to get to work. Without hesitation, they drove me to work (about 10 min up the road) Another time, when I went in for an oil change, the techs noticed my battery was bad and called O’Reillys (where I originally bought the battery), they got a replacement hand delivered under the warranty that I didn’t even know I had, and installed it for no extra cost. All I paid for that day was my oil change, which by the way, is the cheapest oil change I’ve ever gotten! Wow, can’t say enough good things about this place. Thanks for everything guys, and thank you for going out of your way to make sure I got to work.

Took a 2009 subaru forester with a brand new rebuilt engine to them because of an overheating issue. Ends up, there was a misunderstanding, and the engine got pulled. Why would any good mechanic pull an engine just because it overheats??? Then, on top of that, we have wrecker go pick up said vehicle with all parts. As of right now, parts missing include the keys, cooling fans, proper radiator, the correct heads, (they sent along old used heads instead of the rebuilt) headbolts, head gaskets, intake manifold bolts and gaskets, Valve cover bolts Exhaust manifold bolts/nuts Cooling fans Plastic timing pulley Thermostat . Had spent some time with the owner and he initially expressed regret of what happened, saying it was his employees that tore the engine apart. I responded that he's responsible for what his employees do while working for him. To which he responded that he'd build a fresh rebuild for this car. That day he sends me a text that he will only exchange the heads that I have for rebuilt heads. My question is, what is this shop doing tearing engines apart they have no permission to add selling said parts to someone else??? That's grounds for prosecution. And I warned him about that the first time I met the owner. I spent 20 minutes with him that afternoon while he looked for "my" parts. He found a radiator that he said would fit. Ends up, this radiator is full of dirt. So, the next day, he sends me another text stating that now he wants me to discontinue trying to contact him and stay off his property. Guess he enjoys the court system.

i've taken my Subaru here a few times for misc things. I've always had a terrific experience. Mike, the owner, is honest & communicates with you every step of the way. The work is done quickly & at a very fair price. I would recommend them to anyone!
