I have a brand new best friend—-Logan Hutton! Last night I discovered that my car would not turn on. I called the Suburu Road Assistance Office. From that point on I either had call backs or text messages informing me of the status of the tow truck. I live in a mountain town in Colorado and the first winter storm hit last night. It really was crazy driving anywhere around here. Suburu Road Service kept me informed concerning the situation with the tow truck through numerous texts and calls. Perfect—-thank you, Stacy! And as promised I got three calls this morning from Logan Hutton, the driver of the tow truck keeping up to date regarding his location and when I could expect him. Somehow—-through snow and severe winds—-Logan was here exactly on time. He charged the car battery and explained what probably caused the problem. Logan was so wonderful and extra helpful and nice that my wife asked him if he had a few minutes and if he wanted to come in for about 20 minutes—-that’s a first for us! I’m sorry to say that he declined our genuine offer because he had a full day of towing ahead of him and needed to help the next customer (of many more to go) but this man was so impressive on every single level and I highly recommend this company for your car needs and strongly encourage you to ask for Logan Hutton. I have already entered his name and contact information into my phone—-the man is 100% top notch!
