I’ve been buying parts from this Napa a better part of 20 years and usually have had a good experience. I Bought a Napa battery back in January of 2023, returned it on Saturday November 2nd 2024 because it wasn’t starting my car. The man at the register tested it and spouted off a bunch of numbers saying that it would struggle to start my vehicle and wasn’t good anymore. This should have fallen under their 24 month warranty that they offer at Napa and should have been replaced for free, but they took my old battery and made me pay for a brand new one for $211. The other guy working behind the counter was also quite rude when I asked about the warranty and how long these batteries typically last. Definitely won’t be returning and will take my business elsewhere from here on out. I was really disappointed in their customer service and lack of helpfulness.

They always have what you need for general car maintenance. The staff is extra helpful. Anthony went above and beyond to ensure I purchased the correct break lightbulb and was even able to help me install it.

Great customer service. My truck's alternator went out down the street and one of the employees drove over and helped me jump the battery. When I ordered an alternator, the lady at the front desk was super helpful and informative. Everyone there was humble and good to talk to while I waited for the jump, and helped me when I was in a pinch.
