These guys were really really great through and through, I got there about 5 minutes before they open, they let me in very kindly, checked in on me, answered any questions, showed genuine care about what I was looking for and what was right for me, got me into the deal quickly, never gave me “sales guy” vibes that are taking advantage of you or trying to sell you more than you need, very very helpful and very knowledgeable, after getting the deal done in just an hour or 2 they helped me load up my new bike into a truck and gave me a bit of help tying her down, got her home just fine and everything has been great since. Looking forward to having them available whenever I need to take the bike for any work or if I ever have questions or problems. Thanks to everyone at Steele for making it a great experience after some of my visits to other people and places have ended so poorly.
