⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ 5-Star Review I cannot say enough positive things about our experience with this tow company. From the moment they arrived, they were incredibly kind, helpful, and professional. They actually arrived before the Lyft/Uber we had requested, and they were the ones who informed us that rideshare services do not operate in that small town. This was extremely valuable information and allowed us to update our insurance company and make a new plan right away. It was around 20° outside, and our windshield had a hole in it, so the very first thing the driver did was offer for us to sit in the warm tow truck. He made sure we were safe and comfortable while we figured out our next steps. Not only did he stay with us until we secured a ride, but he also helped guide us to our rental car afterward. He was patient, compassionate, and truly went above and beyond in what was already a stressful situation. Both him and Tab were genuine, thoughtful, and incredibly courteous throughout the entire process. Their quick response, professionalism, and kindness turned what could have been a very long, difficult night into a manageable situation. If it weren’t for them, our trip would have taken a much different turn. They also did an excellent job towing our vehicle to the proper location. We are truly grateful for the level of care we received and would highly recommend this company to anyone in need of towing services.

First off this review is nothing to what the relief and experience given from this wonderful company no one wants to call for a tow but believe me when I say reliable fast and very trustworthy most of all carrying!!!!! Traveling through Colorado for a trip when an elk decided to take a leap of faith and we'll lets say the truck and the elk both took a loss its one thing to be stressed scared and never been through the situation but dark knight recovery mad it a relief and showed they cared David and tabitha thank you so much !!!!!!

I called for my buddy who didn’t have his phone available. While we were hunting this last elk season in saguche . Very friendly on the phone and in person . The only issue is that after telling them that we were stuck in the snow with a 2500 Cummins to the frame rails they showed up with a f150 with no tire chains and not much equipment to speak of . After barely making it to the truck breaking their coolant hose and rear spindle “ locker “ they gave the truck a few yanks and decided they couldn’t do it . The driver then informed us that we would only be charged $250 for the attempt . “ witnesses by 4 of us “ and that he’d send some other buddies with more capable rigs . We never got any calls back or info and we were charged $520 for the attempt . We didn’t even get the military or first responder discount as well as the overcharge and 2 of us are veterans as well as former fire captains . Not cool at all !
